2017 Jersey Draw

Congratulations to David E Menswear who was drawn out and will be our 2017 Senior Hurling Team Sponsor. We would like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who contributed to our draw this year and all those involved in its organisation. It was another hugely successful year.

Senior Hurlers Power to League Win

Carnmore claimed their first win of the 2017 league campaign with a 2.18 to 2.14 victory over Cappataggle on Sunday last. Leading 0.11 to 0.7 at the interval Carnmore found scores all over the field with a clinical performance. Cappataggle came out strong in part two notching 1.02 early but Carnmore had the answers and regained control with two goals to eventually run out four point winners.

Sponsorship Jersey Draw 2017

As part of Carnmore Hurling Club’s ongoing developments, we are respectfully seeking sponsorship for our club Jersey for 2017. To this end we are seeking a sponsorship contribution of €100.00 towards our Jersey Draw. Your company name will then be included in the draw for the jersey sponsor for the year and if successful you could be the Club Main Sponsor for the Year.

Mullagh Edge Tight SHL Encounter

Two penalties were the difference as Mullagh edged this game 2.14 to 1.14 after a close and heated encounter. The sides were locked at 1.8 a piece at the break with Ben Murray goaling for Carnmore. Both sides continued to trade scores throughout the second period until a second Mullagh penalty, which was initially saved by Sean Nugent found its way to the net on the rebound to give Mullagh their second win of the campaign.
