Coaching Workshop 19th January


Juvenile Coaching Workshop of 2017 takes place tomorrow Thursday at 8 o’clock in the Carnmore Community Centre for all Juvenile Coaching Teams. Attendees will receive our updated Coaching Manual and Player Pathway which now incorporates all levels from U6 to U16.

U14s Honoured For A Championship Win


The Carnmore U14s received their County Medals following their historic campaign which saw them win the club's first A title. Barry Hanley and club presidents Roddy Kenny, Jim Hynes and Tom Lenihan presented the lads with their medals on Friday night last.

New Dates For Senior and U21 Championships


This year the Senior Championship will be brought forward three weeks to commence on April 9th as oppose to the end of April. The U21 Championship has been moved to September with a format yet to be decided. In addition to these competition changes a Junior League which will include teams from all three Junior grades will start in Feburary as will the Senior League which starts on Feburary 11th.



Noel Grealish returned to the top table as Chairman where he will be joined by Mike Moran and Tom Cogley as Treasurer and Secretary respectively. Ronnie Walsh will also return as Senior manager. In 2017 Carnmore will also enter one Junior team into championship as oppose to both Junior A and Junior C.
